Xiaomi has been teasing the launch of its affordable smartphone, the Xiaomi Redmi 13C. The phone recently leaked in a hands-on video, and the company is likely to launch soon globally. The company has posted a teaser revealing the colour options of the Redmi 13C before its launch.
Redmi 13C Colours And Design Revealed
According to the teaser posted by Xiaomi on X (formerly Twitter), “The Redmi 13C is coming, and it’s bringing more colours, a fresh style, stronger and more stable performance, a larger and smoother screen, plus cameras that guarantee greater accuracy and a clearer view!”.
The teaser images showcase the front screen of the phone with a teardrop notch display and a thick chin at the bottom. At the back, the Xiaomi Redmi 13C will sport four colours, including green, blue, light green and black.
The blue variant looks similar to the Snowstorm white on the Poco F5 with a dot pattern. Moreover, it is likely to have a glossy finish on the back with a frosted design.
Redmi 13C Expected Specifications
The Redmi 13C will likely feature a 6.59-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone will have thick bezels surrounding the screen with a teardrop notch at the top and a large chin at the bottom.
The MediaTek Helio G85 chipset will power the phone paired with up to 8GB of RAM. It will run on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 and will have up to 256GB of internal storage. Furthermore, the storage can be expanded via a microSD card.
For optics, the phone will have a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultrawide, apart from a 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, there will be an 8-megapixel camera for taking selfies.
The Redmi 13C will pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. It will likely arrive in India soon and succeed the popular Xiaomi Redmi 12C.
