Poco is preparing to launch a new smartphone Poco C61. The phone has already been seen on the Bluetooth SIG certification and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) sites. The listing reveals several specifications such as design rendering, key features, RAM capacity, and storage variants. The front design and the estimated price published online are also revealed. The device is also now listed on the Google Play Console listing. It is also hinted that it might be a rebrand of the Redmi A3, which was launched in India in February this year. Poco C61 Features
Looking at the listing, it can be seen that MediaTek MT6765X powers the Poco phone and can be paired with MediaTek Helio G36 SoC. It is said to feature a 6.71-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 500 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It will likely ship with the Android 14 operating system out of the box. The phone is said to have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. Additionally, it will have 4GB and 6GB of RAM and up to 64GB and 128GB of onboard storage.
The Poco C61 feature a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W wired charging. You will also see a USB Type-C port for charging. As for the cameras, the Poco C61 sports an 8-megapixel primary sensor and 0.08-megapixel secondary sensor at the back and a 5-megapixel sensor at the front. To maintain standard features, the phone still features a 3.5mm headphone jack and a dedicated microSD card slot.

In the leaked renders, you can see the device will come in black, blue, and green colour options. Moreover, it will have a large circular rear camera module similar to the Redmi A3. You can also see the location of the front camera, the placement of the volume and power buttons, and the structure of the device. As per the report, the upcoming Poco C61 is expected to come in 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB variants. The price of the device will be Rs.7,499 rupees and 8,499 rupees respectively.
