Avoid leaving your mobile phone charged at night

Another bad habit is to leave your device on charge all night. If it is true that energy consumption during the night can have less impact on the family budget, it is also true that while we sleep we may not realize that our device has reached the maximum charge level.

Once it reaches 100%, the battery will tend to overheat and be damaged, thus making it necessary to replace it or – in the worst case scenario – to purchase a new smartphone if the model we have does not allow the battery to be removed.

What’s new in iOS 16.4 beta 2

References to Apple Music Classical

The code in the iOS 16.4 beta confirms the company’s continued work on the Apple Music Classic app and suggests the launch may be close.

The code in the beta suggests that listening to ‌Apple Music‌ Classical will require users to have the standard ‌Apple Music‌ app installed. “To listen in ‌Apple Music‌ Classical, you’ll need to install ‌Apple Music‌,” reads one line in the MusicKit framework.

Right now, there’s no sign of the app in iOS 16.4, but that doesn’t mean it won’t come in a later beta or with the launch of iOS 16.4.

Windows 11 Moment 2: the other news

After installing the Moment 2 update on Windows 11, the user is also faced with many other interesting news. From Windows 11, it is now finally possible to read the notifications received on the iPhone and the integration with Android smartphones also improves a lot.

Microsoft Teams is also now more integrated into Windows 11 and has new background effects and AI-generated video and audio filters. Filters such as “Eye Contact”, which modifies the image so that it appears that the user is always looking towards the webcam, even if in reality they are looking away.

Then come many new widgets, both from Microsoft and from partners such as Meta and Spotify. This means, for example, that we will be able to check who has written to us on Messenger very quickly and effectively, or manage streaming music playback.

Finally, there are also new suggestions based on AI within searches in File Explorer and in the Start menu, but only on Windows 11 Pro and if the user is connected to Azure Active Directory (AAD).

Windows 11 Moment 2: full AI

Since Microsoft expanded its investments in OpenAI to more than $10 billion, the first result has been the new Bing search engine, integrated into the new Edge browser. Now that same Bing also enters Windows 11 and in a central position: in the taskbar, next to the Start button.

Over half a billion users a month, according to Microsoft, use Bing from the Windows 11 taskbar. They will become many more, since it is now possible to use that small box to chat with artificial intelligence and ask it to generate answers.

The AI inside Bing, in practice, asks the search engine the questions that we would be able to ask and puts the answers together, generating a meaningful text, not a list of sources to consult.

To use the ChatGPT AI within Bing it is necessary to have joined the waiting list: only those who have done so will see the new Bing within Windows 11 Moment 2.
