Infinix just launched the Infinix Zero Flip, a flip-style foldable phone, in India, and now sibling brand Tecno is gearing up to launch the Phantom V Fold 2, a book-style foldable phone, in the country, with a new X-post from the brand revealing that the original Phantom V Fold, which was launched last year, is already sold out. The brand’s latest official trailer, ‘A new chapter is about to unfold,’ hints that the Phantom V Fold 2 will be launched in India soon.

Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 India launch teased
Last month, Tecno announced the Phantom V Fold 2 in Africa. At that time, the brand confirmed the device’s release in other markets, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. The device was introduced with a price tag of $1,099 (~Rs 92,400) for the global market. To recall, the Phantom V Fold was priced at Rs 88,888 at launch in India. Therefore, it is likely that its successor may carry similar pricing.
