Pixel 7a will have a lot in common with Pixel 7: images and specifications

The images you find in the gallery below would portray the Pixel 7a live for the first time. We see a smartphone that is practically identical in design to the Pixel 7: the rear camera band has been updated compared to the previous generation, and now it looks the same as that shown by the Pixel 7.

Laterally we see the USB-C port, the speakers, the signs of waterproofing and the side SIM tray. Up front we see the main design difference with the Pixel 7: the display has the same single camera hole in the center, but the edges are more pronounced.

In addition to the live images, we also have the opportunity to have a preview of the technical specifications:

Display: 6.1-inch OLED, 1080p, 90Hz
Processor: Google Tensor G2
RAM: 8GB LPDDR5 (Pixel 6a had 6GB)
Internal storage: 128GB
Rear camera:
Main: 12 megapixels
Wide angle: 12 megapixels
Just about the rear camera there are conflicting opinions from the leakers who have spoken of Pixel 7a: someone claims that the main sensor will shoot at 12 megapixels, just like Pixel 6a, while others indicate that instead there will be a 64 megapixel Sony IMX787 sensor . This would really be a big leap forward, making the Pixel 7a practically equivalent (perhaps too much) to the Pixel 7.

Pixel 7a should be launched before the summer, perhaps at the Google I / O that BigG holds annually in May.
