Vivo has launched a new mid-range smartphone in the global market called the Vivo V30. The Vivo V30 is the successor to the Vivo 29, launched last year.
The company has revealed that the Vivo V30 will soon be coming to more than 30 countries, including India. Here is everything you need to know about this IP54-rated smartphone.
Vivo V30 Launched With 50-Megapixel Triple Camera Setup
The Vivo V30 in India will feature the same design as the Vivo S18 but significantly improves the camera setup. The phone sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Moreover, the screen has a peak brightness of 2,800 nits and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The Vivo V30 will be available in four different colours with different finishes: Bloom White with 3D Petal Pattern, Waving Aqua with Magnetic Particles, Lush Green with colour changing back and Noble Back with Fluorite AG Glass.
The Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset based on a 4nm process powers the phone paired with up to 12GBRAM. This new chipset has an octa-core configuration clocked at 2.63GHz and the Adreno 720 GPU.
The Vivo V30 in India will run on FunTouch 14 based on Android 14 with up to 512GB storage. For optics, the phone has a 50-megapixel Omnivision OV50E primary lens, a new sensor used for the first time.
In addition, there is also a 50-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor and a 50-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 80W FlashCharge.
The company claims it is the slimmest phone from Vivo, measuring just 7.5mm thick and weighing around 186 grams. The Vivo V30 will be available in over 30 countries, including India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Pakistan, Egypt and UAE.
